Patrik Hruščák (born March 20, 1989 in Košice , Czechoslovakia ) is a Slovak handball player who is under contract with the German club HC Elbflorenz .

Before that, he played for the Rhein-Neckar Löwen, among others, and at the time also had the right to play a second game at TV Emsdetten in order to gain more match practice in the 2nd Bundesliga . In January 2009 it was announced that he was moving from Emsdetten to TUSEM Essen . This contract was valid until the end of the 2008/09 season. He moved from Essen to Hungary in August 2009. Until the summer of 2013, the left-hander was at the Hungarian first division club Kecskeméti KSE from Kecskemét . He then moved to the Slovak club HT Tatran Prešov , which he left in January 2014. After signing a contract with the Qatari club al-Sadd SC until the summer of 2014 , he returned to HK Topoľčany after just one month in Slovakia. For the 2014/15 season he signed a one-year contract with the German second division club HC Empor Rostock . In January 2015 he signed a contract with league competitor ThSV Eisenach , who rose to the first division at the end of the season. In summer 2016 he moved to third division club HC Elbflorenz . In February 2018 he left the club and switched to Eulen Ludwigshafen . For the 2018/19 season he joined the Swiss club TSV Fortitudo Gossau .
