Karl Keilmann

Karl Keilmann (born March 10, 1900 in Lampertheim , † September 14, 1975 ) was a German politician ( FDP ).

After graduating from high school, Karl Keilmann studied economics in Heidelberg and was awarded a Dr. phil. PhD. From 1922 to 1924 he was a bank clerk. In 1924 he began to study law and worked as a lawyer from 1930.

On May 1, 1933, Keilmann joined the NSDAP .

After the end of the war, Karl Keilmann joined the Liberal Democratic Party, from which the FDP Hessen later emerged. From 1952 to 1964 he was a city councilor in Lampertheim and chairman of the FDP parliamentary group of the city council. From December 1, 1954 to November 30, 1958, he was a member of the Hessian state parliament .
