Karl Nuessgens
Karl Nüßgens (born November 13, 1914 in Aachen ; † November 21, 1998 ) was a German lawyer .
Career
Nüßgens was born as the son of a teacher. He studied law at the Universities of Bonn and Freiburg and received his doctorate in Bonn in 1939 . From 1949 he was a lecturer there and from 1969 honorary professor for civil law and civil procedure law .
From February 3, 1964 to November 30, 1982 federal judge at the Federal Court of Justice and from June 1976 chairman of the III. Civil Senate .
Since 1933 he was a member of the Catholic student association KDStV Staufia Bonn .
