Karl Romsy

Karl Romsy (born November 1, 1903 in Herrnbaumgarten ; † March 19, 1989 ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and farmer. Romsy was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1945 to 1949 .

Life

Romsy worked as a farmer in Herrnbaumgarten, and from 1934 to 1935 he was a field service officer in the agricultural employment office. He also worked from 1959 to 1969 as a worker at the Korneuburg thermal power station .

politics

Romsy was involved in local politics from 1946 to 1948 as mayor in Herrnbaumgarten, and after the Second World War he was also an ÖVP member of the Lower Austrian state parliament between December 12, 1945 and November 5, 1949.
