Karl Schulze (born May 14, 1907 in Wandsbek ; † 1935 ) was a German amateur and professional boxer.

Karl Schulze became the German flyweight champion in 1925 and 1926. In 1925 he came third at the European Championships in Stockholm behind Emile Pladner from France and JW James from England .

In July 1928 he began his professional career in Berlin . Against Urban Grass he came to a technical knockout victory in the second round. His first defeats occurred just two months later. Schulze lost to Harry Stein on points twice in a row . In January 1929 he won the German flyweight championship by knocking out Erich Kohler . In the same year he lost his title because Schulze had weight problems. He starts from now on in bantamweight. In autumn he was able to win the German championship here. He kept this title until July 1930. In 1932 he competed twice against the still undefeated Richard Stegemann , but lost both comparisons. On October 21, 1932, Schulze climbed the ring as a professional for the last time in Stuttgart . Against Hans Schiller Schulze suffered a knockout defeat in the third round.

In 1935 Karl Schulze drowned while bathing in the Elbe.
