Karl Schuster (brewing scientist)

Karl Schuster (* 1898 , † 1967 ) was a German brewing scientist.

Schuster was initially a lecturer at Weihenstephan University . In 1950 he took over the chair for chemical technology in brewing from Hans Leberle . At the same time he took over the management of the Bavarian teaching and experimental brewery . In 1964 he retired. A street in Freising is named after him .
