Karol Henryk Mikolasch

Karol Henryk Mikolasch (born January 1837 in Lemberg ; † February 1, 1888 ) was a Galician pharmacist.

His father was the pharmacist Piotr Mikolasch (1805–1873), in whose pharmacy Pod Zlota Gwiazda Jan Zeh and Ignacy Łukasiewicz worked.

Karol Henryk Mikolasch studied in Lemberg, where he obtained his master's degree in pharmacy in 1858, and then natural sciences in France and Germany, where he received his Dr. Phil. Acquired.

He was a co-founder and from 1868 first president of the Galician Pharmaceutical Society . From 1877 to 1833 he was a senior member of the Lviv Pharmacists Committee, which he represented at congresses in Vienna. At the University of Lviv he was an exam coer. for pharmacology.

His son, Henryk Piotr Mikolasch (1872–1931) became a photographer.
