Karolina Winkowska
Karolina Winkowska (born October 13, 1990 ) is a Polish kitesurfer .
Career
Karolina Winkowska was active in snowboarding in her youth and became a two-time Polish champion ( Boarder Cross and Big Air ).
She started kitesurfing in 2004. In 2007 and 2008 she was third at the World Cup. Today she starts as a professional in the World Tour of the Professional Kiteboard Riders Association (PKRA) in the discipline Freestyle .
In 2012 she became freestyle world champion. The four-time Polish champion was freestyle runner-up in the 2013 PKRA world championship, behind Spaniard Gisela Pulido .
