Karyn Velez
Karyn Cecilia Velez (born March 5, 1990 in the Philippines ; † August 12, 2013 in Manila ) was an American badminton player of Filipino origin.
Career
Karyn Velez won the 2008 Philippine Championships and then moved to the USA. For her new home she won Mexico International in 2009, Maldives International in 2010 and Altona International in 2011.
Karyn Velez died in the early morning hours of August 12, 2013 in a car accident.
