Kasia Stankiewicz (born June 2, 1977 in Działdowo ) is a Polish singer.

biography

Kasia Stankiewicz took part in the Polish TV show Szansa na sukces ( Eng : "A Chance for Success"), a karaoke show by TVP , in 1995 and won first prize by singing a song by one of the most famous Polish bands, Varius Manx . After their singer Anita Lipnicka left the band, Kasia Stankiewicz was invited as successor in 1996.

In 1999 she released her first solo album Kasia Stankiewicz . In 2000 she released her last album with Varius Manx, the best-of album Najlepsze z dobrych (German: "The best of the good") with some new songs. After that she recorded two albums as a solo artist. The singer is currently preparing a new album.
