The Katılımcı Demokrasi Partisi , KADEP ( German  Party of Participatory Democracy ), is a Kurdish party in Turkey .

It was founded in 2006 by Şerafettin Elçi and was represented with a seat in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey . Şerafettin Elçi was its chairman until his death in December 2012.

The party speaks out against Turkey as a unitary state . She wants to establish a federal Turkey in which there should be an autonomous region of Kurdistan. The party also advocates the Kurds' right to self-determination, but at the same time sees its fulfillment within the borders of Turkey.
