Dialects of Catalan

The Catalan Culture is the science of the Catalan language and the literature of the Catalan regions.

Catalan Studies is part of Romance Studies and is closely linked to Hispanic Studies . The Catalan linguistic and cultural area stretches from the French north Catalonia and Andorra over central Catalonia to the south of the country València including the Balearic Islands and comprises a territory of 11 million people on the western Mediterranean.
