Katerina Tannenbaum

Katerina Tannenbaum (* 1993 in Portland , Oregon ) is an American actress and model.

life and career

Katerina Tannenbaum comes from Portland, Oregon. From the age of four, she was on stage at the local community theater. At the age of seven, she informed her parents that she was planning to move to New York to work as an actress. At 18, she actually moved to the east coast. There she attended the Stella Adler Conservatory and received both acting and professional dance training. Nevertheless, she left drama school earlier than planned and subsequently took part in role castings and worked as a model. In the latter position she worked for the brands L'Oréal , Gap and Adidas, among others .

She took on her first role in front of the camera in 2015 when she appeared in the short film Aura . In 2018 she played a small role as Leila in the series The Bold Type and also took on a recurring role as Becky in the series Sweetbitter . Also since 2018 she has been working as Amber in a small supporting role as a friend of Nacho Varga , portrayed by Michael Mando , in the series Better Call Saul . In 2020 she was seen as Brianna Douglas in the role of the mother of the eponymous main character in the Netflix production AJ and the Queen in one of the leading roles. This was followed by a supporting role as Ash in the short-lived comedy series Betty .
