WildKat PR

WildKat PR was founded in April 2008 by Kathleen Alder. After Alder had worked in various positions in the music and advertising industries, she decided to transform this expertise into the field of high culture, to establish faster and more direct communication channels. In the course of founding and specializing in WildKat PR, Alder gave interviews, including in 2013 for The Times . Since the agency was founded, WildKat PR has worked with over 150 artists and organizations, including Kings Place, Menuhin Festival Gstaad, Gustavo Dudamel , the Verbier Festival and the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra .

In 2009 the Berlin branch of WildKat PR was founded. WildKat has had 12 permanent employees since 2016 and cooperates with a network of freelancers. In her company, Alder is optimizing working conditions with new models of work and work-life balance. For example, she has set up a 6-hour working day for her employees, as reported by the newspapers The Guardian and Berliner Woche.

In May 2019, WildKat announced a major investment of £ 850,000 from Edition Capital, an investment and consulting group. This news was published in the trade press in Great Britain (Music Week, Rhinegold Publishing) and Germany (PR Journal, Neue Musik Zeitung, Musikwoche). This investment enabled WildKat to expand its offices in London and Berlin and set up new offices in Paris, New York and LA within a year. This expansion was also reported in other press articles (International Arts Managers, PR Week).

Network Dutyfy

In 2013 Kathleen Alder founded the Dutyfy Network, a network for women to whom their private and work lives are equally important. The website "The Wallbreakers" reported on the creation of the network.

Fellowship Noted Innovation

In 2015, Kathleen Alder founded the Noted Innovation Scholarship, which provides financial support, industry knowledge and mentoring to emerging talent in the backstage areas. The idea is to adapt the scholarship around the respective recipients in order to realize their potential and to offer maximum attention in the industry to the ideas and projects of the winners. The first winners in 2015 were the Young Music Lab project and the trombonist Johannes Weidner, as reported by the KlassikInfo website, and in 2017 the podcaster Ben Corrigan won. Both the English and German press reported on the winners.

The Voices Foundation

In autumn 2018, Kathleen Alder was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Voices Foundation. Since then she has been involved in organizing the anniversary events around the 25th anniversary of the foundation and has worked on the “The Big Give” campaign, which actively raised funds for the charity's work.
