The Katholieke Universiteit van Brussel (abbreviation KUB , German Catholic University of Brussels ) was a Dutch-speaking Catholic university in Brussels .
Founded in 1969, the KUB was one of the smaller universities in the country. The government of Flanders was responsible for this . From 2007 the university was part of the newly founded Hochschule-Universität Brussels . In 2013 the KUB was dissolved.
