Katrin Hiller

Katrin Hiller (* 1973 ) is a German director and production manager.

Life

Hiller made his first experiences in the areas of dramaturgy and journalism while still at school . During her studies in sociology and German from 1992 to 1995 at the University of Hamburg , she worked as a dramaturgy and assistant director at the Ernst-Deutsch-Theater and the Schauspielhaus Hamburg . Then she began studying directing at the Folkwang University in Essen . In 1999 Hiller started working as an assistant director at the Burgtheater Vienna and then directed independently. She worked as a production manager at the Salzburg Festival and the Ruhrtriennale . Hiller has been a freelance director at u. a. at the Feldkirch Festival , at the Volkstheater Vienna and at the Theater Neumarkt in Zurich.
