Katrin Trost

Katrin Trost (born June 10, 1959 in Bochum ) is a German politician ( CDU ). She is married and has two kids.

After graduating from high school, she attended the Technical University in Haifa , Israel . After returning to Germany , she then completed an apprenticeship as a retail saleswoman. Then she studied production engineering at the Hagen University of Applied Sciences .

She has been active in the CDU since 1992 and is now deputy chairwoman of the CDU district association Osnabrück- Emland. From 1998 to 2008 she was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament
