Katsuhiko Nishijima
Katsuhiko Nishijima ( Jap. 西島克彦 , Nishijima Katsuhiko ; * 4. February 1960 in Funabashi , Chiba Prefecture , Japan) is a Japanese anime - Director . He was and is also active as a screenwriter .
He is one of the most well-known directors among fanservice fans because in most of his works that were created for Studio Fantasia , Etchi scenes (especially panty shots) are in the foreground.
