Katsutoshi Chiba ( Japanese 千葉 勝利 , Chiba Katsutoshi ; born September 14, 1971 ) is a former Japanese ski jumper .

Chiba started in 1994 in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup . In his first season 1994/95 he reached with 165 points the 57th place in the overall standings. In the 1995/96 season he was able to improve his performance and was 271 points at the end of the 27th overall. On January 21, 1996 he made his debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup in Sapporo . He reached 20th place on the large hill and was able to win World Cup points in his first competition. In the following years, Chiba was again nominated for jumping in Sapporo and jumped to 7th place on January 23, 1999. This was his highest individual result in the World Cup. He finished the 1998/99 season in 51st place in the overall World Cup ranking. The 2000/01 season was the last Continental Cup season of his career. With 307 points, he was able to achieve the best result of his career with 25th place overall. After the season Chiba ended his active career.

He then became the coach of the national youth team: 2004/2005 as junior chief coach and 2005-2008 as coach.
