Cavalry Telegraph School

The cavalry telegraph school was a training institution for the training of officers and non-commissioned officers of the cavalry in the telegraph service .

There were cavalry telegraph schools:

• in the Army of Austria (there since 1888 as an independent institution in Tulln )
• in the German army united with the telegraph troops (in Berlin and Munich )

The students were trained in the use of the cavalry telegraph, but also in Berlin in the handling of all telegraphs used in the field.
