The Kayseri Ataturk Stadium ( Turkish Kayseri Ataturk Stadyumu ) was a football stadium in the Turkish city of Kayseri in the province of the same name . It was the home ground of the two football clubs Kayserispor and Kayseri Erciyesspor . In 2009 both clubs moved to the newly built Kayseri Kadir Has Stadı .
history
The stadium was completed in 1960. In 1986 it was expanded to 42,000 spectator seats. After a renovation in 2005, the number fell to 25,918 places. In January 2009 the old venue was torn down.
