KazTransCom (KTC) is a telecommunications company from Kazakhstan based in Almaty . It is listed on the Kazakh Stock Exchange .

It is a subsidiary of the Kazakh state oil company KazMunayGas . The company was created in 2001 through the merger of the three companies CaspiMunayBailanys , Aktjubneftesviaz and Bailanys .

The company has branches in the major Kazakh cities of Atyrau , Aqtau , Oral , Aqtöbe , Nur-Sultan , Almaty and Pavlodar .

The largest customers are KazMunayGas, Intergas Central Asia and KazTransOil .
