Kazue Kineri was initially active in bobsleigh, where she was second at the Japanese championships in the 1999/2000 season, and in 2000 she began playing skeleton. Her first international race she contested in December 2002 in Calgary as part of the Skeleton America's Cup , where she was 15th. A month later she drove her first skeleton World Cup race in Igls , which she finished in 26th. In her third race in the top racing series in Altenberg , Kineri achieved her best result with 17th place. In the overall standings of the season , the Japanese was 27. The highlight of the season was the 2003 Skeleton World Championship at homeNagano , where the Japanese finished 20th. The next and initially last races she contested in December 2003 again in America's Cup races. It was not until April 2009 that Kineri was used again in the American racing series. At the races in Lake Placid she achieved her best results in the America's Cup with two 13th places.
