Kazuo Shimizu ( Japanese 清水 和 男 , Shimizu Kazuo ; born April 30, 1975 in Shizuoka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Shimizu learned to play football on the school team at Hamana High School . He signed his first contract with Cerezo Osaka in 1994 . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the Japan Football League . In 1994 he reached the final of the Imperial Cup . In 1994 he was with the club master of the Japan Football League and rose to the J1 League . In 2001 he reached the final of the Imperial Cup. For the club he completed 58 games. At the end of 2001 he ended his career as a football player.
