Kazushi Mitsuhira ( Japanese 三 平 和 司 , Mitsuhira Kazushi ; born January 13, 1988 in Hadano , Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Kazushi Mitsuhira learned to play soccer on the school team at Hadano Minamigaoka High School and on the university team at Kanagawa University . From January 2008 to November 2009 he was loaned from the university to second division club Shonan Bellmare . At the end of 2009, the club was third in the table and rose to the first division. After the loan he was signed by Shonan in early 2010. After only one year in the J1 League , he had to return to the second division with the club at the end of 2011. From 2011 to 2012 he was loaned to Ōita Trinita . The club from Ōita , a port city in Präita prefecture , also played in the second division. For Ōita, he completed 63 second division games. In 2013 he signed a contract with league rivals Kyōto Sanga . For the club from Kyoto , he played 68 times in the second division. His former club Ōita Trinita took him back under contract from 2015. At the end of the 2015 season, he had to relegate to the third division with Ōita. A year later he became champions of the J3 League with Trinita and went straight back to the second division. In 2018 he celebrated the J2 runner-up with Trinita and rose to the first division.
