Kelley Armstrong

Kelley Armstrong (* 1968 in Sudbury , Ontario , Canada ) is a Canadian author of Fantastics .

Life

Kelley Armstrong was born the oldest of four siblings. When she was nine months her family moved to London, Ontario . After studying psychology at the University of Western Ontario , she moved to Fanshawe College , London (Ontario) and began studying computer science. Then she turned to writing. Today she lives in Ontario with her husband and three children .

Her first story, Bitten , was sold in 1999 and published in 2001. After this success she wrote another six books and a number of short stories in the Women of the Otherworld series. Her first crime story Exit Strategy was published in 2007. She has been a full-time writer since 2002.

Otherworld series

The "Women of the Otherworld" series takes place in a world with werewolves , vampires and other supernatural creatures. The main characters are women with special gifts. Kelley Armstrong currently has a contract for twelve books in the series. The following titles have appeared in the "Otherworld Novels" series so far:
