Kelly Donovan
Kelly Donovan Schultz (born April 12, 1971 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actor .
Life
The son of Kathleen Schultz ( US talent scout ) and the identical twin brother of Nicholas Brendon , he was practically born into the entertainment industry. With his brother Nicholas (three minutes younger) decided to become an actor, Kelly decided to put his own career aspirations on hold, not wanting to be in direct competition with his own brother.
Donovan started his career behind the scenes. He was a PA on the independent film "The Hard Truth" and was set designer for Buffy the Vampire Slayer . Kelly Donovan always had a passion for acting and decided to relive his original dream and take the step in front of the camera. His breakthrough in the world of entertainment was a small role in City Guys . Months later, he made a guest appearance on MTV 's night program Undressed . The highlight, however, was when he played as a stand-in for his twin brother Nicholas, the twin of Alexander LaVelle Harris in the episode "The Double Xander". When his brother developed pneumonia , he played the fight scenes of Alexander Harris in the episode "The Wrath of the Goddess". After his guest appearance at Buffy , he continued to work as a stuntman for his brother and also behind the scenes in the arts department.
Since 2002 he has participated in the California AIDS Ride / Life Cycle .
