from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Kemlack was a municipality in the East Prussian district of Rastenburg and existed from 1928 to 1945. On September 30, 1928, it emerged from the merger of the rural community of Klein Kemlack and the Groß Kemlack estate belonging to the Wehlack estate . After 1945 the two former localities became independent again and now belong as Kiemławki Małe and Kiemławki Wielkie to the Polish Gmina Barciany ( German Barten ) in the powiat Kętrzyński within the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship .
