Kenan Öner is a former Turkish boxer in the welterweight division .
successes
In 1990 he reached 5th place at the Junior European Championships in Czechoslovakia and the Junior World Championships in Peru. In 1993 he won the silver medal at the Mediterranean Games in France and the silver medal at the European Championships in Turkey. He lost it in the final bouts against Stephane Cazeaux and Vitalijus Karpačiauskas . At the European Olympic qualification in Italy in 1992, he lost to the Yugoslav Vukašin Dobrašinović .
He also won tournaments in the Soviet Union and Hungary.
