Kendall Applegate
Kendall Applegate (born March 12, 1999 in Versailles , Kentucky ) is an American actress . She is the sister of McKenzie Applegate .
Life
She had her first TV appearance in the sketch show Talkshow with Spike Feresten . From 2008 to 2010 she played Penny Scavo in Desperate Housewives . In the seventh season, she is replaced by Darcy Rose Byrnes . In her first film, Opposite Day , she played the girl Cindy.
