Kenneth Cook
Kenneth Cook (born May 5, 1929 in Lakemba , Sydney , † April 18, 1987 in Narromine ) was an Australian journalist , screenwriter and director . He published more than 20 books. His second novel Wake in Fright (dt. Awakening in fear ) was an international success and was made into a movie in 1971 by director Ted Kotcheff under the title Holidays in Hell .
