Kenneth Linn Franklin (born March 25, 1923 in Alameda (California) , † June 18, 2007 in Boulder (Colorado) ) was an American astronomer.

In 1955 he and Bernard Flood Burke discovered radio emissions from the planet Jupiter ( Jupiter bursts ).

The asteroid (2845) Franklinken is named after him.
