Keren Peles
Keren Peles (Hebrew קרן פלס, born March 11, 1979 ) is an Israeli singer, pianist and composer.
Life
Keren Peles grew up in Jabneel and attended the Jare'ach high school in the Jordan Valley. As a child she learned to play the flute and piano. After her military service, she studied at the Rimon Music School for jazz and contemporary music in Ramat Hasharon . In 2005 she became known for composing for Miri Mesika (including LeSham and BaKirkas Haze ) and Shiri Maimon . In 2006 her debut album Im Ele HaChaim (German If that's life is ... ) was released, which sold more than 35,000 units. In 2008 her second album Mabul (German Flut ) was released, which sold more than 20,000 times, and in 2010 the album Bein HaIr LaKfar (German Between City and Country ) with more than 30,000 sales. All three albums achieved gold status in Israel . The fourth album Eich SheHaShemesh Tisrach (German How the sun will shine ) was released in 2013 .
