The Kerewan Bridge (also Miniminiyang Bolong Bridge ) is a road bridge in the West African state of Gambia . The approximately 350 meter long and eight meter wide bridge spans the 270 meter wide Miniyang Bolong (according to other sources Jowara Bolong or Koular Bolong ) west of Kerewan . It transferred the North Bank Road and built in the second half of 2000 under the Jammeh government with an investment of 43 million Dalasi .
Before that, the traffic was connected by a ferry.
