The residential building at Kernerstraße 60 in Heilbronn is one of the few remaining buildings in the city with an Art Nouveau facade . The building is a listed building .

The building was built by foreman H. Huber according to his own plans. The four-room apartments in the building should meet the high standards of the time. The ground floor has a rustic ashlar. The upper floor is characterized by a sandstone facade with Baroque art nouveau motifs. Pilasters structure and summarize the various upper floors and give the facade a vertical structure. The facade has an asymmetrical appearance thanks to the side gable.
