Kevin Hart (poet)
Kevin Hart (* 1954 in England ) is an Australian poet and literary critic . He grew up in London and Brisbane . He attended the Australian National University in Canberra and the University of Melbourne . In 2001, he left Australia for a post at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana .
Hart is considered one of Australia's leading poets. He has won numerous awards for his poetry , including the NSW Premier's Literary Award and the Victorian Premier's Literary Award for poetry.
