Kevin Jacobsen is an American biathlete .

Kevin Jacobsen lives in Bozeman and starts for the Bridger Ski Foundation in Montana . At the US Summer Biathlon Championships 2010 in Tukwila , he won the bronze medals in the sprint behind Douglas Hoover and Danny Fink and in the pursuit behind Hoover and Shaun Marshall-Pryde . In the mass start race he finished seventh and thus missed a jump on the podium as fourth in the overall standings. In the overall ranking of the Biathlon-NorAm-Cup in the 2010/11 season , he finished 39th. In the 2011/12 season, he reached second place in a sprint in West Yellowstone behind Wynn Roberts and before Brian Woodard for the first time a podium finish in the highest continental racing series.
