Danny Fink (born May 7, 1963 ) is an American summer biathlete .

Danny Fink lives in Morgantown . He has been one of the top American athletes in summer biathlon since the mid-1990s. He first took part in 1997 in Cracow in Summer Biathlon World Championships . In 1998 he reached positions 60 in the sprint and 57 in the pursuit race in Osrblie . In 1999 he took part again in Minsk and in 2000 in Khanty-Mansiysk . There he reached the ranks 35 in the sprint and 24 in the pursuit race. Fink was also qualified for the 2001 World Cup in Jambrozowa , but the US team was withdrawn after the 9/11 attacks . This was followed by Fink's next World Cup participation only in 2005 in Muonio , where he reached 24th in the sprint and 21st in the pursuit. The next World Cup was the title fights 2008 in Haute-Maurienne , where the placements from 2005 were repeated. In 2009 Fink took part in his sixth world championships. In Oberhof he reached the placements 52 in the sprint and 47 in the pursuit. The best international result was the victory at the Czech Summer Biathlon Cup 2000. He won several medals at national championships. Fink is married and has two children.
