Kevyn Ista (born November 25, 1984 in Auvelais ) is a Belgian cyclist .

Athletic career

Kevyn Ista was Belgian junior champion in points and sprint in 2002 on the track . In 2004 he won the Zesbergenprijs Harelbeke and a stage in the Tour de Namur.

In 2005 Ista received a contract with the French team RAGT Semences . In 2006 he was back without a professional team, but won the Grote Prijs Stad Vilvoorde and the U23 event of the Ronde van Vlaanderen . In the 2007 season he drove for the Belgian Continental Team Pôle Continental Wallon Bodysol-Euromillions , where he won the Challenge de Hesbaye , the Trofee van Haspengouw , Zellik-Galmaarden and a stage of the Tour de Namur . From 2008 to 2009 he was under contract with the French Professional Continental Team Agritubel . In 2008 he won the Route Adélie de Vitré and in 2009 a stage of the Mediterranean Tour .

In 2010 Ita was part of the team of Équipe Cofidis . From 2013 to 2015 he rode for the IAM Cycling team , then for two years for Wallonie-Bruxelles . In 2017 he was under contract with WB Veranclassic Aqua Protect .
