Khalid Abdi Mohammed (born December 1997 in Manchester ) is a former English football player .

Career

Mohammed was active in the youth academy of Bury FC before he received a two-year contract for the club's youth team for the 2014/15 season. In December 2014 he and the team lost 1-0 in front of 1000 fans who had traveled with them in the FA Youth Cup to the Manchester United offspring around Marcus Rashford , Cameron Borthwick-Jackson , Axel Tuanzebe and Timothy Fosu-Mensah at Old Trafford . In August 2015 he scored the 2-1 winner in the final of the Lancashire Senior Cup against Rochdale AFC shortly before the end of the game after a cross from Scott Burgess . In a 2-0 away defeat by Shrewsbury Town in October 2015, the midfielder came on substitute for his only appearance in League One , in another four league games he was on the bench.

In contrast to his teammates George Miller and Rob Bourne , Mohammed was not offered a professional contract in spring 2016 and left the club at the end of the season.
