Kiiko Watanabe

Kiiko Watanabe ( Japanese 渡 辺 妃 生子 , Watanabe Kiiko ; * around 1935 ) is a Japanese table tennis player . She won several medals at world championships.

1953 Watanabe reached the final of the Asian Championships in singles and doubles. From 1954 to 1957 she was nominated four times for world championships. She won gold with the Japanese women's team in 1954 and 1957 . She won silver in 1955 with the team and in 1956 in singles behind Tomi Ōkawa and in doubles with Fujie Eguchi .

Watanabe is shown on a first day cover published on April 2, 1956 on the occasion of the World Cup.
