Kilchrist Castle

Kilchrist Castle is a country house south-west of Campbeltown in Scotland administrative unit Argyll and Bute .

The castle's vaulted foundations are of unknown date, but in 1834 Dugald McTavish had the country house rebuilt. It is now 3 stories high, the roof protrudes and has a protruding parapet .

Historic Scotland has listed Kilchrist Castle as a Category B Historic Building.
