Kim Jong-hyeok

Kim Jong-hyeok (born March 31, 1983 ) is a South Korean football referee . He has been a K League since 2011 - and a FIFA referee since 2008, whistling for K League Classic and K League Challenge games . He also whistles for the AFC Champions League , Asian Cup and World Cup qualifiers.
