Kim Song-hui ( Korean 김송희; born November 25, 1968 in Pyongyang ) is a former North Korean table tennis player . He took part in the Olympic Games twice. With the team he won bronze three times at world championships .
Career
The North Korean has won a variety of medals in his career. Notable successes were winning the World Team Cup twice (1990 and 1991) and first place at the 1990 Asian Championships in doubles with Kim Kuk-chol .
At world championships he won a total of three bronze medals with the team and once in mixed. In 1992 and 1996 he was able to take part in the Olympic Games, but had to throw in the towel early.
In the early 2000s - at least from 2000 to 2003 - Kim Song-hui played for the Swedish club Kalmar BTK.
