Bergfelde Church
The village church in Herthastr. 64 is a listed building in Hohen Neuendorf 's Bergfelde district , Brandenburg . It was inaugurated on October 22, 1933 and is a listed building.
history
The church was built from April 1933 to designs by the Hohen Neuendorf architect Ernst Lässig. On October 22nd of the same year the evangelical parish Bergfelde celebrated the inauguration of its new church building . Before that, the community either had to go to the Hohen Neuendorf village church or to a specially prepared room in the local school.
architecture
The nave of the church is 11 m long, 8.8 m wide and 8.5 m high. The apse is 5 m wide and 2.5 m deep and covered with a Rabitz vault. The bell tower is 19 m high and its two bells were inaugurated on August 5, 1933.
The church has 160 seats, if the seats in the gallery are added it is 220.
