The Meiningen parish is a parish of the Evangelical Church in Central Germany and belongs to the Meiningen-Suhl provost district . location
The Meiningen church district is located in the southwest of Thuringia and extends from the Grabfeld over the Werra Valley to the Vorderrhön . The area comprises the majority of the Altkreis Meiningen , the southwestern part of the Hildburghausen district ( Römhild region ) and, as an exclave, the Zella-Mehlis / Oberhof region .
