The three-storey gable roof structure has a profiled triangular gable . In the baroque period the house was extended and expanded. Reshaping took place in the 19th century.
The owners Edith and Jörg Ludwig received the monument protection medal of the Free State of Bavaria in 2014 for the exemplary renovation of the monument.
