The house is located west of the Gernröder old town on the east side of the church path and is registered as a residential building in the local monument register.
Architecture and history
The small house was built around 1900. The facade of the house, built from red bricks, is symmetrical and is characterized by a medium risk . The facade is structured by cornices , window frames and corner blocks made of plaster.
