Kire Papa ( Japanese キ レ パ パ。 , Kire Papa. , Short for Kirei de kireyasui papa ( キ レ イ で キ レ や す い パ パ ), German "Papa who freaks out quickly through beauty") is a manga series by the Japanese illustrator Ryō Takagi , written by Published in Japan from 2003 to 2009. The work was adapted as OVA and belongs to the Yaoi genre .

content

The handsome 35-year-old writer and widower Chisato Takatsukasa pisses off all of his son's friends. He fears they will only take advantage of 15-year-old Rijū or be a bad influence. But Shunsuke Sakaki won't let him drive him away. Soon father and friend Rijūs get closer and a love relationship develops.

The manga was published in Japan from 2003 to 2009 in the drap magazine published by Core Magazine , as well as in 4 edited volumes ( Tankōbon ). An English translation is published by Deux Press. Egmont Manga and Anime has published four volumes in German since April 2011.

Adaptations

Original video animation

The ANIK studio produced an OVA based on the manga. The character design for it was created by Shūhei Tanaka, the animations were made at Studio Prime Time. The two episodes of 29 minutes each were released in January 2008.
