The Kiskonjoki is a river in the Varsinais-Suomi and Uusimaa landscapes in southwestern Finland .

It forms the outflow of Lake Kirkkojärvi . From there it flows in a westerly direction, flows through Lake Saarenjärvi , and takes on the right tributary Perniönjoki 5 km before its confluence with the Baltic Sea bay Krailanselkä . Its length is about 30 km. The catchment area covers 1046.9 km². The source rivers Kurkelanjoki and Mommolanjoki feed the Kirkkojärvi.

The river system is protected as part of the Natura 2000 project.
